Hi, I’m Joe (he/him), a third-year studying English, and the SU’s Domestic Officer for this year.
I represent the SU on matters concerning housing and food, and collaborate with College’s domestic staff – everyone from the porters to the chefs to the maintenance team. My email is su.domestic@wadham.ox.ac.uk, and I should be your first contact for the following:
- If there are any maintenance issues with your room – everything from leaky sinks to broken radiators to great big holes in the wall. I will contact the appropriate maintenance teams.
- If you have any issues with or feedback on college catering, and/or if your dietary requirements are not being appropriately met.
- If you would like to make suggestions to the SU Sustainable Food Subcommittee.
- For matters related to the SU room ballots for accommodation in later academic years. The College and Merifield ballots (for 3rd and 4th years) are held in Hilary Term and the Dorothy Wadham Building ballot (for 2nd years) is held in Trinity Term.
